Development of CTCL-Seq, a Rapid, High Throughput Method to Simultaneously Assay All Known Oncogenes and Tumor Suppressors in Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

We are developing a rapid, high throughput genetic test to simultaneously assess all known oncogenes and tumor suppressors in Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma. This test will be useful for diagnosis and staging of patients and should pave the way for tailoring therapeutic strategies for each patient based on molecular data.
