Description

Miller: (a) advise team on conceptual and mechanistic basis for linkages between socioeconomic, psychosocial, and biological data (b) oversee the analysis of inflammatory biomarkers and cytokine production, to be done in his laboratory at Northwestern (c) actively participate in the analysis and interpretation of data, and co-author manuscripts that result. Chen: (a) advise the team on the measurement strategy for life stress and protective/vulnerability factors, including shift-and-persist coping strategies, social relationships, and racial socialization (b) formulate strategies for enhancing collection of biospecimens from low-income minority participants (c) actively participate in the analysis and interpretation of data, and co-author manuscripts that result.
