Description
The purpose of the subaward is to provide funds to the Lucks Lab to perform the SHAPE-Seq experiments described below. The overall goal of the project is to determine the structures of RNase P RNA molecules and their protein complexes, perform computational analysis of the resulting data, write manuscripts for publication, and present our results at conferences.
