Description
Dr. Luo and Dr. Miller will provide guidance to the manufacturing of ECDI-fixed donor cell vaccines using cell products generated from donor pigs. In addition, they will oversee (1) delayed type hypersensitivity assays; and (2) B cell ELISPOT assays to quantify xenogeneic anti-donor T and B cell responses using in vivo and in vitro study models.
