Illinois Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Education & Outreach Program

The overall goal of the proposed program is to recruit Medicaid providers who qualify for the EHR PIP program (eligible providers or “EP”) and provide education and support to help these EPs achieve Meaningful use of CEHRT. To do that, CHITREC will work on four main focus areas: 1) Incentive Program Help Desk 2) Education and Outreach 3) Data Analysis and Reporting 4) Collaborative Activities with Local, State and Federal Agencies
