Project Details
Description
The overall goal of this study is to perform analysis of RNA isolated from serially collected urine from kidney transplant patients that were enrolled in the CTOT-08 and CTOT-10 studies beginning at the 3-6-month time point post-transplant when they had a surveillance graft biopsy. Gene expression profiles of the urine RNA will be performed using the 795 gene probe Pan Cancer Immunology Code set for the NanoString platform. Northwestern will provide samples from serially collected urine from the remaining 275 kidney transplant patients that were enrolled in the CTOT-08 study.
