Project Details
Description
The proposed project aims to further develop a Reversible Solid Oxide Cell (ReSOC) design that can meet this criterion, improving its performance with improved materials and optimized structure, carrying out detailed electrochemical characterization, and doing accelerated life testing to verify that it can operate reversibly for long times over many cycles. A special emphasis will be placed on achieving low resistance electrodes, which also minimizes overpotential-induced degradation, and to achieve high steam utilization in order to maximize system efficiency
