Description
The Northwestern team will be responsible for the in vivo oxygen saturation imaging, image/data analysis, and correlation studies in both normal and mouse models of diabetic retinopathy. Prof. Hao F. Zhang will coordinate with Prof. Sarah Zhang on animal transferring, interpreting the potential correlation between endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria interaction and inner retinal oxygen metabolism in both wild type and diabetic retinopathy mice. The Northwestern team will also actively participate any potential manuscript for scientific publication.
