Objective 1. To determine the effect and dose-response relationship of SGE516 treatment on hyperthermia-induced seizures in Scn1a+/- Dravet mice and wild-type littermates.
Objective 2. To determine the effect and dose-dependence of SGE516 treatment on survival of Scn1a+/- Dravet mice and wild-type littermates.
