Description
Determining both the changes in intrinsic properties and synaptic adaptations in the CA3 region of the hippocampus will fill a critical knowledge gap in our understanding of Dravet Syndrome. This proposal will use single cell patch clamp and two photon imaging to determine how excitability is altered in the CA3 of Dravet mice.
