Project Details
Description
Objective: To create a copy of an existing augmented ultrasound system at UNC
Summary: The Etemadi Research lab has customized an ultrasound device by affixing sensors to the outside of the device (the device itself is unaltered). These sensors record the position of the ultrasound probe in 3D space. Such information, when coupled with the ultrasound images themselves, can be useful for many applications including machine learning. A collaborator at UNC would like to use a system or his own research. For this project, we will build the same system we have here over at UNC.
