This grant focuses on the renal and cardiovascular outcomes associated with the FGF23-phosphate pathway in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease and will utilize clinical and biochemical data from four NIDDK funded cohort studies, including the CRIC and CKiD cohorts.
