Description
To assess whether, in participants with pre-diabetes, oral daily vitamin D3 supplementation is associated with reduction in the rate of progression from pre-diabetes to clinical diabetes. Northwestern University will be a collaborating clinical site in will perform the tasks in accordance with the protocol, manual of operations and all applicable institutional, state, and federal regulations.
