Statement of Work HuBMAP Summer Fellowship is to support the stipend and housing of an undergraduate intern, Genna Mahabeer, for 10-week summer research on 3-D phosphoproteomic mapping of human tissues in Dr. Huiping Liu’s laboratory at Northwestern University. Site PI: Huiping Liu, MD, PhD, Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Medicine (Hem/Onc) will supervise the intern’s research in collaboration with Dr. Tujin Shi at PNNL. Lab mentor: David Scholten, a graduate student in Dr. Liu’s lab will mentor the training of the summer intern for web lab research as well as computer-based proteomic data analysis and mapping to human spleen tissue. Genn Mahabeer, will conduct 10-week research in Dr. Liu’s laboratory from May to August, 2022, join the Northwestern Undergraduate Training program for workshops, and present the research at NIH HuBMAP summer workshop.
