Project Details
Description
This project will analyze the targeted re-sequencing data and measure the genetic variation and associations with phenotype. We will analyze the massively parallel sequencing data with algorithms for genetic analysis and use bioinformatics tool sets to compute quality control metrics for the data, perform read mapping, identify SNPs variation, and achieve visualization.
