Description
Looking ahead to 2013, The STAR Program Advisory Board has recommended producing a series of patient education videos as a new method to get the word out about the importance of cancer survivors being proactive, follow up care and the psychosocial impact on survivors and families. To move this initiative forward, we are requesting $ 10,000.00 grant from SurvivorVision. Details of this request can be found in the enclosed proposal.
