GLA-protein Directed Therapies for Eliminating Cancer Stem Cells

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

Statement of Work Dr. Huiping Liu and her laboratory member Dr. Nurmaa Dashzeveg will facilitate the isolation and of breast cancer stem cells from patient-derived xenografts (PDXs) as well as the implantation and maintenance of PDXs in mice. The CSCs from PDXs have been lentivirually transduced with Luc2-eGFP (L2G) or Luc2-tdTomato (L2T) for optical imaging and analyses. We are willing to share the PDX models and assist the ex vivo culture of CSCs and organoids under various conditions.
