Harnessing reactivity-property relationships for polymer discovery

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

My goal is to discover polymeric materials that contribute to human health and environmental sustainability by interrogating and exploiting the relationship between molecular reactivity and macroscopic properties. We use reactivity to tune materials’ properties and material properties to direct new reactivity. In both approaches, light provides spatiotemporal control and selectivity.
