Northwestern University agrees to provide to Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of the University of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as “UGA”, the following services from June 1, 2018 – November 30, 2018:
• Participate in project planning calls to coordinate the Mothers and Babies training, as well as ongoing consultation and evaluation.
• Provide a pre-training webinar on perinatal mood disorders
• Provide a 1-day, in-person training scheduled June 19, 2018.
• Provide reflective consultation to the service providers and supervisors during the implementation process, with a minimum of monthly teleconference calls made available to providers during the project period.
• Provide technical assistance and support for evaluation of Mothers and Babies implementation, including electronic data collection hosted by Northwestern University, or data sharing with host organization.
