Description

The purpose of the Helping Michigan Fathers and Families Thrive program is to integrate community and public health approaches to support fathers during the perinatal period to improve paternal, maternal, infant and family health, well-being and outcomes using a two-pronged approach: 1) inclusive population/community level sampling and 2) promoting two-generational best practices for physical/mental health and socioeconomic growth.
