Project Details
Description
Overall project will develop an engineered cell array to replace standard clonogenic assays. Engineered cell printing will be utilized in order to improve upon standard seeding approaches and cell plating efficiency. This will be coupled with dosimetry and high-throughput in situ irradiation and cell and colony characterization and monitoring. Ultimately a prototype system will incorporate tissue culture incubation system, irradiation system and microscopy. Subcontract will entail testing of the prototype and comparisons against standard clonogenic assays for several cancer cell lines.
