Identify, Teach and Treat (IT2): Automating clinical decision pathways for the care of women

Our overarching aim is to accelerate the dissemination and implementation of PCOR findings on the nonsurgical treatment of UI in primary care practices throughout the NMHC system. We will leverage important strengths of our system (1) integrated IT and EMR across diverse primary care practices; (2) existing partnerships and relationships; and (3) existing, evidenced-based patient centered educational tool on nonsurgical treatment of UI already in use at NM.
