Egon A. Ozer will be responsible for analyses of Clostridioides difficile sequencing data including quality control of sequencing data, de novo assembly of whole genome sequences, species determination, reference-guided alignment of sequencing reads, phylogenetic analyses, SNP and indel characterization, identification of core and accessory genome components, and characterization of toxin genes.
