Description

Dr. Liebovitz will work with the research team to advise, finalize design, implement and evolve informatics tools to support EBIs to increase CRC screening. Consistent with the EBIs described in the proposal, tools include clinical decision support such as workflow-based prompts with embedded links for guided care, performance-based feedback and assessment, and a secure web-based online data portal for maintaining structured patient data. He is a leader in the specialty of clinical informatics and electronic health records (EHR) based clinical decision support in the ambulatory setting, and is committed to the design and implementation of EHR-based interventions to improve rates of health screenings, vaccination, and optimal chronic disease management.
