Description
Project Title: Implementing an evidence-based mHealth energy balance intervention: Make Better Choices 2 for rural Appalachians
Project Period: 04/01/2020-3/31/2024 (5 years)
Dr. Spring will lead the Northwestern University site. She will be responsible for the overall supervision, quality control and the implementation of technology supported lifestyle intervention, successfully used in her prior research. She will also participate in data interpretation and manuscript preparation. Dr. Pfammatter will work with the technology team, J.C. Subida and Gleb Iakovlev to ensure that the intervention technologies that deliver treatment components to participants are consistent with evidence-based behavior change principles and that they provide lifestyle coaches with the systems support and information they need to coach effectively.
