Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

Wind power is an essential and increasing component of our renewable energy picture. Powerful permanent magnets enable wind power generation. We propose applying fundamental chemical principles toward synthesis and characterization of a new class of rare-earth free permanent magnets for wind energy.
