Northwestern University Scope of Work Partner with the Lupus Foundation of America as part of the Grant, if awarded, to incorporate Northwestern University’s Lupus Conversations Program in the following ways, including: • Dr. Ramsey-Goldman to serve as program advisor. • Use the Lupus Conversation Program modules in live and virtual education sessions with nurses, as well as for the Lupus Foundation of America LRAN program. • Dr. Ramsey-Goldman to be included in the proposed programming as a presenter, which could include introducing key Lupus Conversation Program video recordings and participating in a panel discussion with a person with lupus, a nurse and a facilitator. • Work with the Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS) to integrate the program into existing organization events, specifically: o Year 1: Virtual program in Spring FY22: Include Dr. Ramsey-Goldman in a panel discussion as noted at LFA events, including: o Year 1: In-Person Training during LFA’s Advocacy Summit in June FY22 o Year 2: In-Person Training during LFA’s Advocacy Summit in June FY23 • Dr. Ramsey-Goldman to review RNS survey tool and provide input • Dr. Ramsey-Goldman to review abstract(s) for publication/presentation
