Inequality, Diversity and Working Class Attitudes

The proposed project includes an experimental and non-experimental component. As it is a direct extension of her prior work, Richeson will oversee the experimental component of the project. Specifically, she will oversee all the data-collection, analyses, and interpretation of the experimental data obtained. She will train graduate and undergraduate researchers to assist with the development of the materials, recruitment of research participants, as well as with the implementation of the experimental protocols. Richeson will also play a supporting role on the non-experimental work, and share responsibility with the PI (McDermott) for the interpretation of the findings and their dissemination (e.g., through publications & talks).
