Description
A targeted analysis of p53, a key cellular regulatory protein and tumor suppressor. This project combines Top Down and Bottom Up mass spectrometry techniques to fully characterize the protein and develop and understanding of how the complexity there in is used and regulated. The Kelleher laboratory will focus on the Top Down analysis of P53.
