Lake County Mothers and Babies Training

Conduct in-person Mothers & Babies training to 75 staff from the Mental Health America of Lake County home visiting programs. Participate in planning calls with the program manager participating in the training. Following the trainings in February and March, NU will provide weekly consultation via teleconference for providers implementing MB Group, and monthly consultation with providers implementing MB 1-on-1 with program clients. NU will manage implementation evaluations to assess acceptability and fidelity to the intervention, implementation reach, and adaptations to the intervention model.
