Project Details
Description
The objectives of this study are to quantify longitudinal changes on OCTA imaging in patients
originally diagnosed with moderate and severe NPDR and, based on their clinical courses, to
identify predictive biomarkers of progression to PDR. Patients will be imaged at 6 to 9-month
and 12 to 15-month follow-up from baseline and changes in OCTA parameters will be compared between those who develop PDR and those who do not.
