Response to PAR-19-070 (under PAR-18-596) Title: Longitudinal Relationships Among Sleep, Cognition and Alzheimer’s Disease Biomarkers: Discerning Causal Associations, Mediators, and Susceptibility Primary Principal Investigator: Susan Redline, MD, MPH Primary Institution: Brigham and Women’s Hospital Submission Date: November, 2020 Proposed dates of the project: April 1, 2021 – March 31, 2025 The Northwestern University Field Center, under the leadership of Dr. Norrina Allen, will: • Participate in central training • Complete certification/training requirements for this project • Recruit approximately 300 MESA-MIND participants to the MESA-MIND-SLEEP exam over an approximately 2-year period. • Conduct in-home visits to collect sleep and ambulatory blood pressure data • Review and transmit data to the Sleep Reading Center/BWH • Communicate study feedback, medical alerts to participants as needed • Provide input into analyses and manuscripts
