LTI’s vision and plan is to develop a mutually supportive relationship with Northwestern where LTI provides research support to NU in order to expand on existing discoveries (such as those regarding glucocerbrosidase) and encourage new discoveries in additional lysosomal disease areas, such as Neimann Pick-C among others
