Specific Aim 1: To characterize the evolution and progression of sleep disturbances in the MCI-Park mouse model of PDSpecific Aim 2: To determine transcriptomic changes in relevant brain areas/cell types associated with the emergence of sleep disturbances in MCI-Park miceSpecific Aim 3: To characterize the neural network underlying the sleep disturbance in MCI-Park miceSpecific Aim 4: To determine whether pharmacological treatments can alter the progression of PD symptoms in the MCI-Park mice.
