Statement of Work Gordon Shepherd, for Lytton U01 proposal Each Specific Aim in this project consists of a set of modeling studies (to be conducted by the Lytton laboratory) and a set of experimental studies. My role in this project is to oversee execution of the all the experimental studies. We will perform in vivo and in vitro experiments on mice to record from cortical neurons located in the motor cortex.
