Description
Dr. Misharin will assist other members of the Data Analysis Core and provide his expertise in human lung biology and large-scale single cell data integration (Human Lung Cell Atlas project). He will specifically focus on how the integration methods impact the ability to resolve rare populations of cells with distinct transcriptomic profiles, including presumably senescent cells.
