Models and policy tools for emerging transportation services: Promoting socially inclusive outcomes

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

My plan of study is to identify the ideal role of emerging transportation services in the overall urban network. Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) have changed the way the field views mobility by distinguishing itself from traditional modes such as public transit or taxis. Because TNCs have now become an ingrained part of the system, research must be conducted to capture and understand its effects on transportation infrastructure, the environment, and social equity.
