Description
Each site will collect DNA from confirmed patients with Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Eosinophilic Esophagitis will be defined by the current consensus criteria (Liacouras et al. JACI 2011). The samples will be sent on a monthly basis. Clinical phenotype on each patient on each sample/patient will be sent at the same time.
