Description

Northwestern will conduct in-person Mothers & Babies training to 20 staff from the Shelby County Public Health Department and neighboring community home visiting programs by Erin Ward in Center for Community Health. She will participate in planning calls with the program manager participating in the training. Following the training in November, Ms. Ward will provide weekly consultation via teleconference for providers implementing MB Group, and monthly consultation with providers implementing MB 1-on-1 with program clients. In addition, Ms. Ward will manage pre- and post-implementation evaluations to assess client outcomes as well as provider acceptability and fidelity to the intervention.
