Description
Senior leaders at Humana and Verizon are collaborating in research and development designed to help initiate a new, innovative change management practice within each of their organizations. The objective of the Practicum project is to assist the Humana/Verizon collaborative in this effort, including research and development of a new, innovative change management model as well as development of a business plan and key activities to help successfully launch the new change management practices.
