Description

Goal: The fundamental goal of this project is to develop the science and technology needed for multiscale Multi-Photon Photolithograpy (MPP). In particular, we will develop a collocated Two-Photon (2PP) and Single-Photon Photolithography (1PP) System, which will enable rapid 3D fabrication of robust polymer photonic sensors with applications to chemical and strain sensing for structural health monitoring (SHM), an area of great relevance to the future Navy.
