This is an application for funds from the James B. Pendleton Charitable Trust to purchase the NanoString nCounter Analysis System to systematically interrogate the human genes required for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection with respect to disease phenotype among men enrolled in the Multicenter AIDS Cohort Study (MACS).
