Description

Cecilia Berin will be responsible for analysis of mass cytometry data generated from biospecimens derived from the OUTMATCH study. Samples from 100 participants obtained at baseline and at the end of Phase I of the study will be stained and acquired on a mass cytometer at the Mount Sinai site. Cecilia Berin will be responsible for receipt of data and full analysis, as well as writing of the manuscript and communication with the experimental site (Mount Sinai) as well as the leadership site (Johns Hopkins).
