Description
This is a National Multiple Sclerosis Society Fellowship proposal for Natasha Choudhury, MD. The Multiple sclerosis/neuroimmunology fellowship at the Department of Neurology, Northwestern University, and Feinberg School of Medicine is a one-year subspecialty clinical program. The program is designed to train a PGY5 fellow in comprehensive care of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other related demyelinating and inflammatory diseases. In addition, the fellow is trained in the care of patients with pediatric MS, rehabilitation of MS and relevant neuro-infectious diseases. The training plan is also designed in accordance with the requirements of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) for its one-year clinical fellowship, the Fellowship Core Curriculum Recommendations by the American Academy of Neurology MS Section and the Northwestern University employment policies as well as with the particular career's plan of the fellow.
