Northwestern University Policy Research Fellowship

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The proposed Northwestern University Policy Research Fellowship (NU PRF) represents a partnership between two established programs: 1) Northwestern University’s Integrated Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Health Services and Outcomes Research (Allen Heinemann and Jane Holl, Co-Directors), and 2) the Health and Aging Policy Fellows Program (Harold Pincus, Director), managed in collaboration with Columbia University, which provides a residential policy practicum experience in Washington, D.C. Both organizations offer unique and complementary training experiences for fellows, and their combination in a well-integrated, sequential training program will leverage existing federal funding and foundation resources to produce high quality researchers in disability policy and disability policy research.
