Novel microRNA Pathways Regulating Breast Cancer Stem Cells and Metastasis

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

Our breast cancer research will provide a better understanding of breast cancer cell spreading and their relevance in the stem cell programs (tumor initiating cells, TICs). The better understanding of fundamental biology of cancer cells in spreading (metastasis) will certainly benefit drug development, targeted therapy and precision medicine.
