Description
a) The Institution will provide two responsible persons, Mr. Caldwell and Dr. Fatone (hereinafter referred to as “Instructors”), for two days of Program at Sponsor located at Ossur-Orlando. In this Program, the responsible Instructors of the Institution will teach how to fabricate and fit the NU-FlexSIV Socket to a specified group of 12-15 prosthetists chosen by Sponsor.
