Description
The Institution will provide two responsible persons, Mr. Caldwell and Dr. Fatone (hereinafter referred to as “INSTRUCTORS”), for three days of Program at Sponsor located at 501-85 Fukushima, Sanda, Hyogo, 669-1313 Japan. In this Program, the responsible INSTRUCTORS of the Institution will teach how to fabricate and fit the NU-FlexSIV Socket to a specified group of 20 prosthetists chosen by Sponsor.
