Project Details
Description
Work would be the data modeling and analysis of the NDNQI data set as outlined in our proposal for NDNQI. “Data Modeling: To determine the association of nurse characteristics and work environment to nursing-sensitive patient outcomes, we propose to model the relationship using random coefficient models (or equivalently hierarchical linear models or multilevel linear models). Once the model selection procedure is complete, we will test for the association of nursing-sensitive patient outcomes to the nurse staffing characteristics and work environment.”
