Description
The Northwestern University team (PI: Bailey) will conduct a needs assessment for Erie Family Health during the initial phase of this study. This assessment will determine: 1) patients’ current use of, and satisfaction with, virtual care, 2) optimal methods to increase access to and use of virtual care, 3) methods for improving clinical quality of virtual care, and 4) patients perceived satisfaction with future virtual care.
